RESOURCES The level of importance
given to providing the highest quality Technical Support in all areas of Roadform Civil Engineering Co Ltd’s
operations remains high on their list of priorities together with the need to
maintain a safe working environment. These priorities have been
reflected by the implementation of extensive systems now in operation to
enable us to provide effective and professional Management in all areas of
our company structure. HEALTH & SAFETY The need to provide safe
working practices and environment for our operational staff, sub-contractors,
and the public is of paramount importance in any company and particularly in
an industry such as ours where by the very nature of its operations will create
situations of potentially high personal risk. To ensure we provide the
best possible working environment we have appointed an internal Health &
Safety Officer who has the responsibility to monitor our Health & Safety
with the benefit of assistance and guidance from our Safety Advisors. All our supervisory and
site receive Safety Awareness Training together with specific instruction in
all areas of specialist operations. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SUPPORT The level of Professional
& Technical Support is applied to our members of Staff, Site Supervisors,
and Employees at all levels to enable us to provide results to our
clients’ requirements in terms of Quality, Timescale and Budget. All members of staff are
highly experienced in their respective fields of expertise and together
provide a highly effective Management Team dedicated to providing a first
class service to all our clients. |
