Race for Life pretty muddy challenge in Exeter completed by Nikki, Jayne and the girls.
Here at Roadform we’re not all about the work. We like to give back and help where we can and one of the best causes to support is anything to do with cancer awareness.
Sadly we probably all know someone who has been affected by this dreadful disease or have been unfortunate enough to fight it ourselves.
Nikki also does the Rowcroft sleepwalk & the race for life every year but the Muddy challenge was Jaynes bright idea!
Thanks to everyone’s generosity we raised over £700 in total from the Men working on our Sites where Jayne is a QS.

So what’s it all about?
Race for Life Pretty Muddy is a brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends. And raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Pretty Muddy® isn’t like any other fundraising event.
It’s a muddy obstacle course that everyone, no matter their ability, can take part in!
Choose from either 5k or 10k Pretty Muddy events.
Climb, crawl and slide your way to beating cancer.
Course information
The Pretty Muddy Exeter route follows the paths and fields around the showground on a mixed terrain of tarmac roads and grass, with a few slight hills along the way. The course loops around, meaning you’ll get a great view of all the obstacles still to come and there are plenty of opportunities for spectators.

We want you to give every single obstacle your absolute best. Of course if you really can’t do it, our Pretty Muddy® marshals will help you skip on to the next one.
Want to enter as a group?
To take part you can enter as an individual or a group. If you’d like to take on Pretty Muddy® with a group of friends and family then we have all the information you need.
How long does it take to complete?
The obstacles vary at each event so we can’t say exactly how long it will take, but most people will finish in about an hour.
Remember – our events aren’t competitive so there is no pressure to finish in a certain time.
Your entry fee can’t beat cancer. Only you can.
